Good service from friendly staff

Chris the sales rep was very professional and showed me various options when I didn't like the item I thought i wished to purchase. He advised me on the different products and did not put pressure on me to buy a particular bed. He was courteous, helpful and friendly.

The sales advisor was extremely professional. He did not push for the sale but took time to answer all of the questions I had with regards to the differences in the performance of a mattress. He had a lovely way with him which made me feel as though I had know him for years. Excellent service. He is definitely an asset to your company

The member of staff was excellent and new exactly what we were looking for

I found the assistant, Dionne, friendly and approachable. Although i pretty much knew what i was looking to purchase but other options such as uplift of old mattress were clearly explained. At the same time i didn't feel pressured at any point.

Jon was exceptional despite being english. He was very welcoming and helpfull and not pushy at all. It helped that he was the same height and weight as my husband and guided us to a product that suited our needs and budget not just his commision. He also offered us tea and coffee(which was great) from the moment we came in till we left and didnt push us to make a decision and go think about it. Which we did and came back 2 weeks later and we were very surprised when jon remembered our name and once again bombarded us with lovely warm coffèe on a cold miserable day,and when we were leaving all the staff said cheerio. Highly delighted by the service we were given by jon mcnight and would highly recomend to freinds. Thanx
