Dreams - Uddingston

Visited other bed stores at Birkenshaw Trading Estate but found Dreams had more of a selection and assistant was very knowledgable.

We where allowed to just walk about and look at each bed without being pounced apron and told prices and which bed too choose like other stores. Jon introduced himself and offered us a tea or coffee and just said if we needed help give him a shout which was lovely to hear rather than being hassled. My wife chose a bed which she loved the look of but it lifted up which she didn't like. She asked Jon if the bed was available without the storage and he was happy to show us the bed without storage and how it looked on his PC. He told us the price and said did we know what mattress we would like to go with it. We where unsure but Jon explained each mattress and offered we tried them out. I liked the gel mattress as I work night shift and can be very hot during day time trying to sleep. Jon told us the price again and offered us the matching pillows which we took also. Jon sat us down to work out figures and again offered a coffee/tea. It took a short time to put the order through and get the finance to pay off half the balance which was left. Happily no hard sales for things we didn't need just gave us options if we wanted them. Very happy with our experience at dreams.

Chris helped us when we were in the store, he was very good and very patient with our 11year old when she was trying to decide, he had a lot of knowledge of the product and explained everything to her and also to us. He was very nice, easy to deal with, we would definitely recommend friends and family to go back to the store and to ask for Chris. The manager also came up and spoke with us, she was very nice and pleasant. It was an enjoyable experience even when spending a lot of money 😂

I was extremely happy with the knowledge of the the product that the staff knew. They made me feel welcome to the store and offered a drink to me.

We needed to get a bed for our brother who is disabled&moving into a care home,your employee JOHN was extremely helpful& we got what we needed asap
