I would like to advise just how fantastic the gentleman who dealt with us at Dreams in Uddingston was, his name was Job . He was polite and friendly and was able to help us find the right bed , mattress and duvet. He helped place the order quickly and he is a credit to your store.

Alex assisted me and my children when we visited our local store and was very friendly, informative and personable. All staff were great and made us feel welcome

This was my first visit to Dreams as I previously would have discounted the store as I thought it was expensive. Kathleen, the consultant, was excellent in helping me choosing two beds and she did so in a way that suited each individual's needs. I was so impressed with the Kathleen and her knowledge that I also purchased a sofa bed that I had previously intended to buy from Ikea at the half the price. I had not intended to make the purchase at the price I did abut the quality of the sofa bed was excellent and I was able to take advantage of the interest free. Kathleen took a lot of time with us as a family to understand what we all wanted from a bed. We are currently renovating and will need to purchase a further bed and furniture. Based on my experience, it is highly likely that we will return to the store.

The assistant Megan was very competent and informative, there was lots of information about different mattresses and my husband and myself were very happy with the mattress that we have picked also drinks were offered which is a very nice touch when you are out shopping.

The assistant was very understandable and very helpful. She understood my exact need and I walked out a happy customer. I seriously thought I would have struggled with my product but she made it completely simple.

Ashley, who helped us was extremely helpful. She made us feel very comfortable and made us feel at ease while trying out the beds. She knew exactly how to get both of us the comfort we needed. She wasn't pushy with the sale or with the selling of the guarantee(which we did purchace) She explained all the terms and conditions and was generally very helpful

In addition to the advice received from the sales assistant I was pleasantly surprised with the extra care cover for 8years at such o low cost.

On arrival at store was greeted by Alec, who proceeded to demonstrate various products after asking what were looking for, what price we had in mind, and what else could be provided, he was very attentive, and willing to listen to our concerns, very please with the attention to detail and relaxed attitude and friendlyness of all staff
