We had just walked into the shop when an assistant was right beside us. We knew what we were looking for he dealt with us quickly listening to what we wanted. We also required to use the restroom (daughter just toilet training) he showed us where to go.

the man who helped us was kind and not pushy.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all "pushy". There was a good selection of stock and the beds we were interested in were on display. The price and build quality of the beds was very good.

We found what we wanted and the staff member who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable and spoke about his own situation to help us in decision making

The staff member didn't hassle us. She came over and explained that if we needed her just ask and told us about different product details of the beds we were looking for.

When arriving at Dreams we were met by a lovely assistant with a smile. Within 10 mins had made our mind up what kind of bed we were looking for. Went away and thought about it for half an hour and then went back to buy. Purchase process was effortless and straightforward. Delivery super quick can't believe how quick we could get bed.

Staff member Chris was excellent

I am menopausal and have back problems. Kathleen knew exactly what I was talking about and recommended I try 3 mattresses. I ended up opting for the first one she suggested. Delivered on a day that suited me and within the stated timetable. Delivery guys were lovely and put shoe protectors on!
