I was very impressed with service I received . The assistant was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She knew exactly what I wanted and where to find the item in the store. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this store to anyone.

I had a budget in mind for my whole order and Ashley ensured she stuck within that limit whereas at Bensons for Beds they went way over my budget and completely ignored what i said.

Got what i needed

As soon as I walked in a friendly salesman made his way over and asked if I needed help. He explained the differences in the mattresses and let me try them all out whilst telling me which he thought would be of use and which wouldnt. A colleague of his was also watching out for my 3 & 4 year old. A great visit to the store all round!

Extremely nice girl girl Dionne who dealt with me. I knew what I wanted before I went but she still took time to explain the product. Even got a cup of cpffee.

Assistant was very informative of product we were thinking of buying and very helpful .

The staff member was most helpful. Ashley was able to direct us to the mattress that would most suit our needs , she explained the difference between silentnight miracoil system and an ordinary coil spring system allowing us to choose the mattress that would have the medium firmness we needed. Nothing was a bother and she certainly knew her stuff.

Alex was very helpful and friendly and didn't apply any pressure sales tactics.
