From entering the store I was met by a very pleasant salesfiel who helped me with my choice of bed. She was very knowledgable in the produxts available. The whole transaction was made easy by her help and I was satisfied by the whole experience

The staff member who we dealt with in store, Ashley, was helpful, knowledgeable and put us at ease throughout our time in store. Ashley helped us understand the mattress choices and then gave us time and space (and coffee!) while we wandered round and chose the mattress we liked best and bed styles we preferred. She stayed close enough to us to be on hand to answer our questions when we were ready to ask them but not so we felt pressured or forced to make a decision. The whole process from start to finish, including conversations with other team members while completing our purchase, was seamless and left us with an excellent impression of the store and the team. We would recommend Dreams over other stores we visited that day - where we felt far less at ease and more pressured to make a purchase.

I was highly satisfied because of the assistance given by your representative "Alex". He was very knowledgeable on the products and explained the details of each of the matresses available. He gave me time to try each mattress for suitability, I didn't feel rushed at any point of the transaction process. As a result if I needed any further items I would certainly return to Dreams, but not yet, not yet.
