Dreams - Uddingston

I was very pleased with the service the assistant Kathleen gave us, she knew the products inside out and was very friendly, we visited a few stores after this and none of them were close to the service we received at dreams.

Had already been to 3 bed shops. Dreams had better service, better knowledge and better price. Good coffee too!!

Excellent service and price

We were attended to quickly. All our moans and groans were listened too and taken on board. We were shown the different types of mattresses in store which we tried out until we found one we liked. Unfortunately the bed frame we were looking at was out of stock but we were shown similar frames and managed to pick another one. The staff were very good with our kids too. A very enjoyable experience.

We were treated courteously and given a great cup of coffee whilst placing our order John who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable, helping us choose the right mattress for us.

The sales assistant Dionne was very professional and knowledgable regarding products we were looking for. I was surprised at how quickly the order was processed and also how quickly I could have my bad delivered, would recommend this store to friends and family.

Alex served us and he was very friendly and helpful but not pushy.

The genuine friendliness & help of the staff made me decide to spend the money with Dreams, being honest we had almost decided on a purchase with another company but popped into the Dreams store for a look. In all honesty on this occasion it was partially the product, partially the discount but mainly the staff both Megan & a colleague Julie that made me decide to purchase from Dreams. I own a few businesses one of which has a sales department & I know only too well how valuable good staff are & on my first experience shopping in Deams you are fortunate that both members of staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Chris, your employee, was very knowledgeable and clearly was able to take us throughout the range of products we were interested in. He quickly picked up that we had a budget in mind and did not in anyway attempt to apply sales pressure and identified the products that would meet our needs and budget.
