Not having bought a mattress for a very long, it was good to be able to put my purchase into the hands of a very competent and friendly salesperson. He dealt very competently with all the questions I had about the kind of mattress I should be purchasing. What a pleasure.

Dionne in Birkinshaw was fabulous. She explained the layout of the store, then left us to browse. She came back at the right moment and helped us make our decision. Extremely helpful and processed our orders in record time.

I had visited the shop a few months before and was served by Chris. I returned with wallpaper, fabric samples etc and he remembered my previous visits and details of my requirements. He was very knowledgeable and advised me on colour schemes etc. Chris spent an extended period of time with me, I did not feel rushed at all in to making a final decision. Products were of a high standard and fairly priced. Very pleasant shopping experience, would return. Chris the salesman is an asset to your company, I have rarely come across someone with such a helpful and pleasant manner.

The lady who served me, Ashley, was lovely. Very polite, knowledgable about the products and very personable.

Store was clean and we'll set out. Staff were polite and not pushy. Staff explained the different bed types and label colour coding.

Very pleasant staff, introduced himself and then left us to browse, not over bearing which some sales people are guilty off. Excellent manner and knowledge

Very satisfied, good quality service from Kathleen the lady who helped my wife choose the full package of four beds, four mattresses, four headboards I had a coffee ( Very Nice Too ) while they discussed the colour schemes etc.etc. so yes very pleased with the one stop shop and we will definitely recommend to family and freinds.

I entered the store and had an idea what I was looking for. The assistant Dionne came over listened to what I was asking about and very quickly and simply showed me around and helped identify the product I wanted.
