The help I received from Dionne was first class. I explained what I was looking for, the price range I was interested in and the reason i was looking for new mattresses. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person to help with my order. I was only in the store for 10mins in total as well which was great, no hassles and the order was placed in no time with delivery in a couple of days which is to be expected. i'd definitely go back to this store.

The staff were pleasant however also gave us space to find the right mattress. The payment and delivery were all done speedily and without any issues due to staff being knowledgeable and efficient.

Customer adviser was friendly and helpful and understood what was required very quickly. Also went through all the cost options clearly and without adding additional pressure to purchase extra items. Overall a very good experience.
