When I went into the store, I was welcomed immediately and asked if I could be assisted. The staff truly respected that I wanted to spend time to have time on my own to have a look around. When I asked for assistance it was immediate. Alex was most helpful and had very good knowledge both on product, quality and discount offers. I ordered my bed with mattress within minutes with confirmed delivery date. I was offered coffee and whilst Alex went through the order and payment process on the computer and explaining the 40 night comfort guarantee - excellent service and I would recommend.

Employee was very helpful without being intrusive of forceful to make a sale. Very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful with lots of information that was repeated for clarification without having to ask.

As we were purchasing our first bed together as a couple we were unaware of the options that were open to us. Dionne was so helpful in giving us information about all of the varieties of beds and mattresses available and how they could be made to best suit both of our needs. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer!

Dionne, the sales adviser was very knowledgeable about the product. She also did not overpower us with her presence by leaving us for a few minutes to try out the various mattresses. Once we decided to purchase the items, she was very efficient in completing the sale.

Dionne, the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and advised me about the different options and price ranges of the mattresses and gave me time to try them out. So I was able to choose and purchase the bed and mattress very easily comforted by the fact that I had been able to make an informed selection.
