Dreams - Uddingston

I had used dreams about a year ago and found there service excellent and friendly and informative with no hard sell so that is why I decided to use dreams again and I was not disappointed excellent service and very friendly staff.

The store assistant Alex was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us through our purchase and made us feel valued

From entering the store and interacting with the advisor who certainly advised us in getting exactly what we were looking for, her knowledge of the products was certainly very good, Dionne was very professional from start to finish

The sales staff weren't overly pushy which I like, they simply let us know they were there to help if we needed any. I was also impressed with their honesty and knowledge towards the products

The service from the staff was exceptional, your sales Advisor Alex from the Birkenshaw store Glasgow was excellent. Nothing was too much for him he met my needs and was patient with me as I am not in the greatest of health but he gave me the time to make my purchase and advised me best options. Brilliant customer service

Alex was pleaser to deal with and really knew his products. Had went into store willing to spend up £400/500 after Alex had took me round show room came out £1500 lighter. He is really good sales man and credit to your company! Only sight thing was you don’t keep any stock in store to take away. But under current circumstances free delivery a week later is good.

Alex, the staff member who served us was awesome. We genuinely had one of the most positive shopping experiences we have ever had. We walked away with exactly what we wanted and more, for a lower price than we were quoted elsewhere, and Alex found exactly what we were looking for.

I was very happy with the service I received at the store. The guy offered assistance right away and asked what I was looking for. He was very helpful and showed me several products that were suitable and one in particular that was exactly what I was looking for. During the purchase he was very helpful and efficient and arranged a good delivery date and even asked if I wanted the old mattress taken away at the same time, which was extremely helpful. He advised me on the the right mattress topper and pillows.

Sheryl was absolutely fantastic. She was very professional and informative. Sheryl was friendly and made us feel at ease. Even though we were only buying a mattress of a spare room she still took the time to make sure we found the right match for us. The shop was immaculate and Covid regulations clearly in place.
