Dreams - Uddingston

Pleasant experience. Alex who helped us was excellent and explained everything. He was able to anwer all aour questions and made the visit a relaxing experience, I will not hesitate to recommend this store to my friends.

On arrival at the store, I was warmly greeted by a store assistant. I was left to have a look at the bed without being hassled or pressured by any staff and they were immediately available when I wanted to discuss the purchase further. I visited the Uddingston store as it had the bed I was interested in on display. My local store is Paisley but I was happy to travel to Uddingston as it was important for me to see the bed prior to purchase. I was offered a tea/coffee when I went to place my order and found Kathleen very helpful and knowledgeable when discussing the bed, bed cover, delivery options, other store offers.

Alex, the chap who served us was very helpful in showing us exactly what we were looking for and gave us loads of information without being too pushy.

We felt dreams had the best range of products In store to view also the advisor Chris was extremely helpful when we were just making initial enquiries about mattress types etc he also had a great knowledge about types of mattresses and was able to advise us on the correct pillows to compliment our sleep patterns and new bed.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide the product for my needs

I found my visit to be very good from the first visit by not being bombarded by staff but they were there if required, to when I went back for a second visit after doing a bit of research and visiting various stores and decided that dreams was where I wished to make my purchase and found Alex at Birkenshaw both very helpful and knowledgeable about products and services plus pleasant and friendly.

The sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and was able to help me come to a decision without being pushy

Ashley introduced herself and was not 'pushy'. She listened to our needs and gave us appropriate advice. She let us make the decision as to what we purchased without putting any pressure on us.

My dad and I visited the Uddingston/Birkenshaw branch on Tues 23rd May. We were served by Kathleen. I was looking for a bed for my new flat...we walked out with a bed and a sofabed! Kathleen greeted us as soon as we entered the store and was very helpful, without being too pushy. She was there when we needed further information and we never felt like we were being pressured into a sale. Kathleen also took the time to personally text me pictures of the items we bought after we left the store. As a retail worker myself, I think that it is important to praise staff for a good job done, and I hope that Kathleen receives the recognition from the company that she deserves.

Although the product I had seen on line was not available to view it in store when I mentioned it by name the advisor knew which product I was referring to, had great product knowledge and was very friendly.
