Smooth visit. Colour coding was very helpful as we didn't have a clue where to start elsewhere. Ashley explained everything so clearly that we found exactly what we wanted in no-time after. Was expecting delivery to be a few weeks but got an appointment the following week.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Dreams. Alex was most helpful and I never felt any pressure to purchase any items, even though I wasn't going to leave without making a purchase. He was highly knowledgeable about the products and spent a lot of time explaining different aspects of the mattresses and allowing me to try them to make the final decision.

We we're helped by a lovely man called Alex he was great with my daughter Alex ( Alex is Autistic and the bed is for her ) he was great with her and gave us time to talk thing over and try things out answered all our questions to we had a lovely experience in your store thank you very much for putting us at ease

Lots of space for parking - - The store was spacious, well laid out and clean. My visit was fairly early in the day and I received assistance very quickly. Dionne was helpful and was able to give me the information that I needed. I was impressed with the service - efficient and was given optional delivery dates. I would recommend Dreams store and plan to make another purchase in the near future.

Both Megan and Dionne helped me with my purchase, they were very friendly, offered great assistance, and coffee as well.
