Dreams - Uddingston

We went in to the branch in Uddingston just to have a look at the Artherton bed. Upon entering we were greeted by Megan who enquired what style of bed we were looking for. It was not our intent to actually make a purchase yesterday but the way Megan imparted her knowledge to us helped change our intention and we duly purchased the above bed. Based on Megan's recommendation we also purchased the bed cover insurance policy. Overall we were both thoroughly impressed with the easy way in which Megan explained things and helped us with the purchase, she is a credit to your company.

i was very impressed with sales representative alex agnew he explained all the different types of bed carcasses and mattresses and headboards , to the extent i spent more than i thought but with his guidance , it was worth the extra , to get the correct beds , and i may add bedding... as i am downsizing ... and thanks to alex i bought the hydraulic option because of downsizing i need all the space i can get ,,, thanks again alex agnew

From walking into the store I was welcomed the person who served me was very polite and her knowledge was excellent I must say it's nice to walk into a store and be greated from the go the person whom I'm talking about her name was Dionne at the Uddingston store all other people very friendly too.

Dionne was very good st her job, tried a few beds until I found what I was looking for. Very friendly staff, very approachable, excellent service.

I have used this store several times and the service and customer care is always first class. It is a pleasure to shop in this store as the staff are excellent. The manager Julie is fantastic and always takes time out to speak to everyone and makes sure your needs are met. I have recommended this store to family and friends who have all made purchases and been highly satisfied.

We were shown the products that we wanted to see and were not pressured into buying great attitude from the sales team any questions were answered would definitely recommend it to ALL

The staff were really friendly & knew the products well. Gave all the family hot chocolate & made us really welcome which was great for my children. They were both really happy & great for us as it kept them quiet while we discussed payment.

Megan was lovely ,chatty and helped may the process painless. She explained everything and was able to answer any questions ....Not pushy of overbearing so you could chat away to her . And my mum loved the complimentary coffee...even in a mug !!!

Megan was very friendly and helpfull and answered all of our queries , there was a great selection of beds and mattresses, we found what we were looking for without having to go to any other shops

the sales assistant Chris was very helpful and polite. he didnt rush us he took his time and explained the difference between all the mattresses and patiently waited while we tried out a lot of beds. nothing was a bother to him. a very amiable young man.
