Dreams - Uddingston

We were warmly welcomed as we entered the store and as soon as we had shown interest in a particular bed Kathleen approached us offering help. We enquired how long it would take for delivery and Kathleen was able to tell us quickly that it would take 3 weeks. We left, but returned to the store soon after deciding we would purchase it and Kathleen quickly took our details and offered us insurance and the choice to get the bed delivered for the weekend which was perfect. Our service was quick, friendly and very helpful.

Alex helped us choose a mattress that was right for us. He advised on the different types, price ranges etc. And recommended a few for us letting us take time to try them out. We were given a coffee too. He was lovely and very helpful

Dionne was very friendly. She made us comfortable as soon as we arrived and took time to understand our needs. She was clearly very knowledgeable in the current and previous stock items of Dreams and also comparatively to competitors. I wasn't planning on making a purchase during my visit but my partner and I discussed it and agreed that Dionne was so great in dealing with us that we would like to give her our custom. We even ended up spending much more than intended as we felt that we had found the right product for us. Slight mark down on cost as the product was expensive and due to being a mattress I will be unable to comment on value for money until I receive it and test it at home but trust Dionne that I will be satisfied. I don't think I would have got a better deal on the product chosen which is why we proceeded with the purchase so quickly.

Chris, the assistant who helped us, was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

I was assisted by Dreams Colleague Jake who came to help me. I knew the bed that I had wanted as I had visited the store a month before but I wasn't sure of the mattress to get. I gave Jake a price range and he was able to show me the options. The sale was very relaxed, not pressured and the paperwork process was very well explained along with options of getting the bed assembled. I was offered tea/coffee during the paperwork which I thought was a very nice touch and even the other members of staff were attentive. I would highly rate this store and its staff.

The bed, mattress and duvet set we purchased were very good value for money and suited our needs exactly. Our server, Ashley, was pleasant, courteous, helpful and. above all, very patient. She clearly knew the product range very well and was careful to understand our needs before making any recommendations. She allowed us to take our time and made sure that we were completely satisfied with what we wanted to buy before completing the sale.

Alex was really helpful and made it a brilliant shopping experience (despite the bed we wanted not being in stock at the store)

I have just had spinal surgery and as a result wanted to purchase a new mattress to see if that helps my back too as we have had our mattress 7 years now. Kathleen the sales advisor was extremely understanding to my needs and my partners. She had a very excellent knowledge of the products she was selling and advised us very well on which mattress would suit our needs best. The mattress we saw was a lot more expensive in store than online. Kathleen immediately price matched the mattress which was amazing as we saved a lot of money too. I would highly recommend this store and hope they get Kathleen as she was wonderful with us and at her job.

Both my wife and I have bad backs and once I explained this to Dionne, she knew exactly which mattresses would suit our needs and offered us a very welcome hot drink whilst we tried out her recommendations. Dionne provided a service over and above any of the other suppliers we have visited and now we have experienced the best, we will thoroughly recommend Dreams to all our family, friends and colleagues and will not even bother to venture anywhere else for beds, mattresses or pillows in the future.
