Dreams - Uddingston

We were given time to wander around the store without being harassed by sales staff which I find extremely off putting. Staff were very courteous and helpful. We were assisted by Kathleen who took time talking to us about what we were looking for and why.

We were attended to by Kathleen, who was extremely knowledgeable about the products. We purchased the Chantilly SK mattress which we are delighted with. We asked advice on pillows and were delighted with the knowledge Kathleen shared, it was truly educational. We purchased 2 Tempur pillows, one of which "Cloud" and the other "Traditional". We cannot wait to try them once our mattress is delivered. We purchased our bed and mattress at Dreams around 10 years ago and are glad to be back to purchase another mattress at Dreams.

We were not followed around the store or 'harassed' in any way, but when we wanted info and advice, Dionne was on hand and was very, very helpful. All our issues were addressed and we feel we have the bed we need.

Chris, the young man who tended to us was very friendly, knowledgable & patient with us (and our 2 young children). He made it very clear what the structure of the beds were with the colour coding & also when we told him our preference, leading us to what we wanted. Due to us having to 2 kids with us, a few things were offered to keep the kids occupied, allowing us to pick the perfect mattress in peace...Chris & store manager Julie, were excellent in this capacity also, which lead us to have a reasonably stress free Saturday afternoon!! The sheer ambiance in the store & the friendliness of staff, who knew their stuff, was fantastic!! Would definitely reccomend & will use a Dreams again in the future!!

Very impressed with store adviser and update of delivery repeated many times up to bed arrival. Delivery men most helpful as mother is pensioner.

The Store was spacious, clean and the displays were well laid out, not crammed together. The staff, even those not dealing with us, were friendly and chatty, which gave the impression of a team not just a sales force. Our Salesperson was Kate. She asked us how she could help, we explained what we were looking for, i.e cabin bed for our daughter. She then showed us the various options available, going as far as to show us how best to use the bed for storage, which is not always easy in a child's bedroom. She also explained the various care plans available for our purchase. She did so in a polite and friendly manner, which made us feel like a customer and not just a sale. When we are due to change our own bed we will most definitely visit this store again.

From walking in we were approached by your colleague Kate who explained everything. We were also provided a coffee which Kate actually made as the shop machine developed a fault. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase items which can be a put of at times, having said that Kate went out her way to explain the differences with the mattresses and also advised us which quilt would suit our particular need. Excellent friendly service overall.
