staff very helpful, but let you be to browse, without pressure

We visited the store twice, and both times we felt the staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. we did not feel rushed in any way.

Alex in the Uddingston store was extremely helpful and friendly during our visit. He took the time to explain products to us and we didn't feel pressured at any point to purchase products. There was a female member of staff who offered us a drink and was also very welcoming and joined in our conversations which was nice. Alex took the time to explain all the extras we could purchase which was also useful.

System issue, PC crashed 3 times, staff were very apologetic and resolved the issue quickly, then we were over charged but the staff again solved this issue.

Kathleen in the Uddingston store was great, she spent a lot of time understanding our needs and explaining various products to us.

Each staff member worked together as a team to provide a fantastic service. Each one individually attended to me guided me and advised me on what would be best product to suit my needs.

The assistants left us to browse without pushing to get a sale. When we asked for help it was no problem to answer any questions we had. The store was well set out and didn't feel cluttered.

I'm particularly impressed on my visit to Uddingston store. It was a delight to business there. The staff were courteous,especially Kathleen.

The staff could not have been more helpful,very friendly and knowledgeable about your products.We were offered a coffee while we completed our order,made us feel very welcome and comfortable,your salesman Chris was very easy to talk with and advised us very well in my opinion.

Very courteous, friendly staff who showed me all options available to me. At the end the choice was mine, they did not sway me in any way to my decision.
