We were not quite sure what we wanted and were looked after by an extremely pleasant and knowledgable assistant, Dionne, who suggested we try the Tempur bed cubicle and even made us coffee!! We had loads of questions and tried all the beds and pillows. They also suggested we enter the Tempur Challenge for the free travel pillow which we did of course! We were also given leaflets, prices and informed of all the special offers that we would qualify for and then we went home to discuss our options. On returning the next day we were greeted like long lost friends by several members of staff who had seen us the day before. Dionne was there with more coffee and even the staffs Ferrero Rocher choccies were on offer!! We were made to feel our business was important but they wanted to be sure we bought the right bed for us, not just the most expensive. We did buy a Tempur divan, pillows and mattress protector and are really looking forward to their arrival, thanks!!

Store assistant was very knowledgeable about mattresses and was able to direct to several products which enable us to make our choice.

The customer advisor was extremely helpful, explaining the products. She took lots of time to listen to my needs and responded with all of the necessary information I needed. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and I did not feel pressured to make a decision right away. I returned back to the store after browsing elsewhere and being so impressed with the customer service I received and the price of the products.

Staff where really attentive

Shop had good vibe! Staff were quick to give overview of products but not pushy with sales all questions answered well and staff helpful, informative and friendly. Even offered a coffee & we weren't in for that long.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Kathy, in particular, displayed high levels of customer service. She was informative and very knowledgeable.
