Knowledge of sales assistant without being pushy

Wife and I visited the Uddingston store looking for a new mattress. I have major damage in my spine and had recently bought a new mattress elsewhere, but over time found that it just did not suit me. We were met by 2 staff members who were pleasant and inquisitive as to why we were buying. The assistant called Lesley could not have been any more helpful and asked me to use their mattress finder setup, then showed a range of mattresses that could suit me best. After spending roughly 2 hours with us we finally chose a mattress. The purchasing process could not have been easier with delivery date of less than 1 week offered. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish and made so easy because of Lesley’s assistance. If the mattress is half as good I will be delighted.

Our salesperson Katrina was friendly and listened to our requirements. She then gave us the space we asked for while we looked at the products but was always nearby to answer any questions that we had.She then completed the sales quickly and efficiently.

Kathleen who was the person we dealt with was very knowledgeable about the products that we were looking at. She took time to take us through all the mattresses and clearly explained the difference between them. She was not pushy and gave us time to talk about what we wanted. She offered us a drink and gave us outstanding service.

Alex was extremely helpful with his knowledge and explained things that I could understand and also said if I needed extra help just to phone. M. Hammond.

I felt the gentleman Alex who dealt with purchasing our mattress was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us with any queries we had. I enjoyed the dream sleeper when we entered the store that gives a better idea of our needs and wants.

I had used dreams about a year ago and found there service excellent and friendly and informative with no hard sell so that is why I decided to use dreams again and I was not disappointed excellent service and very friendly staff.
