Mainly due to the assistance from staff. Katrina was very new but explained that and always sought help for questions I needed answered. I initially visited the store to browse and Katrina helped me that day. I returned a few days later to make my purchase. She was very personable and I sought her out for assistance. At checkout she was supervised by Michael who was patient and kind to his new colleague which impressed me.

The buying experience was totally stress free. The sales assistant Alex gave us all the information we required to make the best informed decision possible to select the bed that met our specific requirements. We were made aware of all the additional services and accessories available for our selection but at no time did we feel that we were being pressured to spend money that was not required. The advice given on reclaiming the VAT due to a pre-existing medical condition was greatly appreciated along with the advice of how when and who to contact. In short I will use the Uddingston store again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

I knew that I would like a wooden bed frame but Stuart took his time and show me the different mattress and watched my facial expressions to guide me to the correct matrees and the store was clean and easy to see display
