Was offered assistance on walking through the door, polite but not insistent. Briefly explained what I was looking for and Kate then guided me round a range of mattresses (both in terms of build/quality and price) without feeling rushed or pressured. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable providing good advice and when I made my decision handled the purchase smoothly, even threw in some pillows which I felt was a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the level of service which is very rare for me to say.

Pleasant atmosphere inside shop and knowledge of assistant, offered and accepted coffee while paper work was completed, checked with other shops in retail park and found Dreams to be very competitive, found what I was looking for after checking web site

From the moment my wife and I entered the store we felt a warmth and friendliness from the staff.

Alex the member of staff was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and match our needs. He explained everything thoroughly from the bed to the extra cover to the price, just everything. We were extremely happy with his service and would definitely go back to that shop when we are purchasing another bed. The rest of the staff in the shop were also extremely friendly as they were chatting to us all(me,my husband and my son) whilst putting the order through. We also had a cup of tea and hot chocolate. We were given a thorough explanation of the types of item we were interested in buying, their locations and identity in store and then left alone to make our choice and decision, with the option to call either Alex or Diane if we needed help, info etc.This is the way we like to be treated.

Quick, efficient service from a knowledgeable salesperson. He was there if I needed him and not too 'pushy. He took me around the store and gave me several options of mattresses which were suitable for my back.
