Dreams - Uddingston

The staff member that helped us was Dionne at the Uddingston store. She listened carefully, offered choices, clearly knew her stuff and was both friendly and helpful. She made the process very easy for us and yet also provided excellent information about options.

We were served by a very knowledgeable and friendly assistant who helped us make the correct decision about the bed we purchased.

The staff within the store were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The fact that our 3 year old was allowed to climb onto and try out his mid sleeper before buying the product was beneficial as it meant we knew he would be able to climb in and out of bed. We felt the whole products accompanied by the option to have ot built at home at a competitive price and within 4 weeks was very appealing. The way we were welcomed and the attentiveness of the staff to help us was a major point when we decided to purchase a bed for our 3 year old son.

Ashley helped me choose what was right for me. There was no sales pressure and i went home had a think about it and came back to the store the next day and bought the mattress.

From the moment we walked in Joe was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. He took time to find out our needs and price range and explained the products well. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and went above and beyond, even offering us a cup of tea.

We were greeted by David as we entered the store, he then asked if we wished any assistance, wished we did. He then took the time to explain the system used within the shop and steered us to the diferent systems to try.

Colleague was very helpful and patient

It was an easy shopping experience, after looking around for a bed we thought Dreams would be our best bet. All staff could not be nicer, asked if we needed help but without the pestering element. Offered everything which we would require but once we said the were being purchased by other people they let it at that. Easy enough to pay for and had a nice conversation with the sales assistant

Staff were amazing epecially alex thorough explained everything and spent time with us no rush

We were very quickly attended too, Alex our salesman had a very good knowledge of the products which made it easier to choose our mattress.
