Stuart was friendly, helpful and well informed. He worked with me in my price range and told me what was available - he didn't push me to buy, but helped me understand what I would get at price brackets, and took the time to help me get quotes and costs. I was able to lay on the bed and test how it felt as well as compare to other models to help me decide what was best for me, and I felt that the staff were helping me to get the best deal at a reasonable price.

I already have a king size bed from dreams approx. 2 years ago but my husband passed away 6 weeks ago and I found the bed too large. As I have had no problems with Dreams in the past I knew that I would get the best service for my needs. The only disappointment I had was that the store in Cumbernauld had closed down and I had to travel to Uddingston, and as I am a pensioner I had to rely on relatives to take me there.

Visited the store the day before my purchase. ASHLEY spent plenty of time with me helping me decide what type of mattress was right for me. There was no sales pressure and I left the shop to have a think about it and went back the next day and made the purchase.

I talked to 3 of your members of staff, john/johnathan, kathleen and julie. All were fantastic. They took the time to listen to my needs and wants, they werent pushy and offered assistance and opinions. They were very knowledgeable and offered me a few options before i selected my choosen bed and matress. They talked me through the delivery process and how to get rid of my old mattress
