Excellent customer relations and assistant took time to explain different items and demonstrate.

Dreams assistant, Dionne, approached me as soon as I entered the store and kindly welcomed me to Dreams. I was looking for a single mattress and bedding for my toddlers new bed, she expertly showed me all mattresses in store in my price range, stating the differences to each. Once satisfied with our mattreas, she continued to assist in selecting appropriate bedding for my daughters needs as well as my budget. There was a power cut in store, however, Dionne did not let that hinder the sale and promptly issued a written invoice, followed up later by an emailed receipt. Overall very satisfied, as always, by Dreams customer service, product knowledge of Dionne and the selection on offer.

Always shop at dreams for beds & other item's i require and have always been extremely satisfied with any item's purchased and service from staff.

I am happy with the overall service I received during my visit. The whole experience was smooth and reasonably quick. Just the way i like it.
