Sales assistant Alex was very helpful and has a lovely friendly personality which make you feel at ease right away. He displayed a good knowledge of the products on display

Staff were knowledgeable but did not pressure me into making a decision on which bed was the right one for me, simply assisted me in reaching a decision

Staff helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my particular needs. Didn't feel pressured into anything when I said I would like to go away and think about it. Given all the information on a card with the details of the items and also staff contact name. Returned to place order, original staff member on day off, but assured that she would get credit for the sale. Administration very efficient.

Excellent customer service, completely focused on my needs and offered great advice on different products and what would suit me best. There was no pressure to buy or to hurry us along. Also offered us great cup of coffee!

We were attended to by a Jon McKnight who while attending to our order offered us a cup of coffee which was most appreciated and much needed. Very knowledgable about what we were looking for and eased any worries about assembly and delivery. It was also Jon who approached us the first time we arrived at the store and it was nice to be attended by him on our return.
