The sales person was very helpful and helped us pick the correct product also she explained that you would be able to take the old bed away as well and build the new one for a small charge which was very helpful to us excellent service

The sales assistant very very helpful. He provided pillows so we could try each mattress properly and really listened to what we wanted. He gave us plenty of time and space to talk it over and think about our decision. We didn’t feel rushed at all.

Friendly staff, clear guidance on product differences, took account of our different sleeping patterns & the importance of getting the right pillows as well as mattress. Made it an easy decision to decide to buy. Order was processed quickly while enojoying a cup of coffee and some friendly conversation with staff and manager.

It was an absolute pleasure buying from the store at Birkenhead. We were first approached by a dark headed female assistant (sorry can't remember her name). We were looking for a 4ft bed and she took us to all the beds that were suitable. She then left us to browse and when we had decided on a bed, we approached the dark headed lady, who was now attending to someone else, but she asked Kathleen to assist us in choosing a mattress. Again, this very friendly lady took time and explained the different types of mattresses until we were satisfied we had the right one for us.All in all it was a very pleasant hour and we were very impressed by the service we got. No hard sell; just friendly advice. We bought our last bed from Dreams as did my daughter too. It's the first place we go to when looking for a bed.

I have purchased several beds over the last year for my self and family and have always been highly satisfied with the service received from Julie and the team at Birkenshaw. They listen to you and then show you items which they believe are suitable for your needs and budget. The store is always very inviting and has a great atmosphere. You are allowed to walk around at your leisure and staff are always available to assist without trying to force you make snap decisions. I will return in the near future to make a further purchase
