Staff very freindly and helpful

On entering the store we were warmly welcomed. We said we would ask if we needed help and they left us alone till we did that. Our salesperson was Kathleen and she was extremely helpful and informative about the sofa beds in the shop. She gladly opened them all out to let us try them. After we decided on the one we wanted we were taken over to the desk and were asked if we wanted tea or coffee and the other sales girls were also very friendly. Once Kathleen put the details into the computer the transaction was quick and efficient and we had our delivery date confirmed . All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.

The member of staff, Jon, was very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. He informed of the best options for mattresses for my 5 year old son, directed me to these options and then gave me time and space to make my final decision. The store was very bright and spacious which felt very comfortable compared to others that can feel claustrophobic. At no point during my visit did I feel pressured to purchase a more expensive item or any other products that I wasn't interested in.

Sales colleague Ashley was extremely professional, polite and extremely helpful. Great customer service with a smile!

Katrina was approachable and knowledgeable about the products. Was not pressure to look at anything I wasn't interested in.

I am highly satisfied because I have a severe neck and back problem and the salesman Alex spent considerable time with me to ensure I found the best mattress option. He was extremely patient and helpful. He allowed me to try mattresses without any pressure. The mattress will arrive in a few weeks so I can't comment on the product until I receive it but very happy with Alex's salesmanship.

As we entered the store I was met by John who said good morning welcome to Dreams which I thought was welcoming and friendly.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The lady that served us was very polite and not overly pushy (which puts me off in shops) and was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our purchase. (We even had a coffee as well which was a nice touch). I had shopped in Dreams before and knew exactly what type of mattress I was looking for. The lady in question is a credit to your establishment which is rare in this day and age. Will definitely use you again when I need another mattress and would recommend you to friends.
