Excellent service staff very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We have bought all 4 of our beds from Kate in the Uddingston store and will continue to buy from Kate. She is great with our 2 boys and entertains them when we are there. All in all great customer service!

The advisor in store was extremely helpful and checked delivery times whilst when I had chosen my bed whilst I was looking at the mattresses. On selecting my mattress, we were then taken to the desk to commence ordering and the advisor was extremely helpful and explained the different guarantees and times. I was offered a mattress protector when taking the 8 year guarantee but unfortunately the mattress protector offered was not available in store. Instead of leaving without one, I was given a mattress protector of a better quality instead. I believe the advisor who helped me through my purchase was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my experience.

Found what I was looking for with the help of the sales man. Lots of information about products available to see without needing to ask anyone. ll my questions were answered.

We were very satisfied with Ashley who sold us the bed, she made choosing the frame and mattress very easy and clearly knew what she was taking about. Very happy overall.

Prior to visiting Dreams, I went to Bensons Beds/Reids next door to Dreams and the service I received was very poor to say the least.Thats why we left and went to Dreams and due to the service we received from Kathleen we purchased a new bed & mattress for my son and a new mattress for my wife and I. I will also be looking at visiting again in Jan 18 to purchase a bed for my grandson also. The main reason for this was the attention and care given to us by Kathleen, who is a credit to your organisation.....Superb.. It was my Pretty Woman moment !!!!

The salesman was absolutely fantastic ... very knowledgeable and helpful. we spoke to him and then came back to the store and waited to speak to him specifically.

As was purchasing a new bed, mattress and other items on behalf of my father who accompanied me to the store that day. He is 84 and suffers from vascular dementia which I made the assistant, Katrina, aware of when we first entered. Katrina showed the utmost respect for my father throughout the process and ensure he was part of the transaction from start to finish. Her product knowledge was superb and was kind enough to make us both a coffee, which was much appreciated by us both.
