The sales assistance was prompt onour arrival. She helped us with the trial of the beds we were thinking of- letting our daughter lie on them with a pillow. The order was processed quickly and delivered quickly. The assistant proposed the cover- which we bought and our daughter welcomed the pillows at 50% off (though we paid!). The assistant was very friendly throughout.

Jon and alex very professional and very patient as i was with my disabled wife. Couldn't have done anymore to help us get the right product for our needs absolutely gratefull for there help.a great experience we had from them .its great to go to a shop that doesn't pressure you as soon as you walk in the door to buy.

Very clever way of narrowing down the choice to meet your individual taste - meant then you could spend time trying out beds within that style range - which were all colour coded. Very quickly funnelled down to the ideal bed for us - took 20 mins and I thought it would take hrs

We went in and Alex (Glasgow store) approached us and wasn't pushy at all , offered us refreshments which we kindly declined first time round , he left us to browse we appreciated as we had left other stores due to pushy sales. We left discussing what we had seen and decided to return to look again which again Alex approached again welcomed us back offered more assistance and helped us buy the bed
