The staff were very helpful told me everything I wanted to know let me try out lying on a few beds to decide which mattress I wanted and let me try out a few pillows as well

She showed patience, understanding, helpfulness and a calm approach to our numerous questions. She took us through every step of our purchase with confidence and pleasant manner

The assistant was calm and answered questions when asked without offering personal opinions or trying to sell a particular product. She made us feel at ease and she was knowledgable about the different products on display. She made us feel relaxed and unhurried.
