Very pleasant experience…very knowledgeable member of staff

Was in store a couple of times as well as other bed stores wanting to make sure I got right product for me was not jumping in to a sale was seen by a very pleasant young lady and eventually purchased

The staff member Kathleen was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful

from phoning store and arriving in store I was attended to straight away

Staff members were pleasant, polite and well informed

The member of staff who looked after me was very pleasant and welcoming. The store was spacious with a huge choice of mattresses/beds .

I found a mattress online that I needed as soon as possible and I couldn't wait for it to be delivered. I called the store and they advised I could collect it myself sooner from the warehouse if I came in and ordered it. Once in the store I was taken care of immediately and managed to place my order. I also purchased a new quilt and pillows as they were half off with my purchase. Very happy with my visit :)

I came into the store on Monday to test out the firmness of the type of bed I wanted, and Kate was on hand to show me exactly what I needed! I was also with my very young daughter who she also kept entertained! I found the bed I wanted straight away but I had to go away in order to secure the funds so Kate gave me a card with the bed on it and all the information I needed for an easy purchase. I called later for further information and she was on hand to assist me. I then came into the store later that evening where I met her colleague, Lesley, and to my surprise, had all of the handover information ready to go! Not only that, they were so helpful and polite and even gave me a book for my daughter after I made the purchase. Everything was so straightforward and so easy - could not have asked for a better customer experience!

Our experience in Dreams Uddingston store was excellent from start to finish. Lesley was so lovely, and really just wanted what’s best for us, without all the heavy sales patter, jargon or forceful sales approach. When we first entered the store we were greeted by Lesley with a very warm “Good morning” which put a smile on both of our faces. It was a pleasure shopping in your store and every single member of staff was lovely. We even spoke about our love of pets and food! We came away feeling excited about our new bed, but equally couldn’t wait to share with family our experience and advised them to go there for their next bed purchase. I hope this message reaches Lesley, as she’s truly a credit to your team. In fact they all are in the Uddingston store.
