Dionne greeted us as we arrived in store, she made us most welcome and let us take our time selecting the mattress of our choice, offering advice as we went as we had no clue about what we wanted. Dionne explained all the mattresses in detail which helped us a lot, her standard of service was 2nd to none

The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I was left to browse without being pressured.

The staff very friendly the assistant very helpful in explaining everything we ask and explaining everything we needed to know about our purchase and the delivery of our purchase.

We were immedialy approached on arrival with a member of sales staff who spent a considerable amount of time alowing us to try and test the beds on the shop floor he was very knowlegable and helped us greatly choose the right bed for us I am very undecisive and he was very patient with me

Member of staff Kathleen gave me her undivided attention and helped me explore options.

The salesperson, Kathleen, was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She did not hurry us or put any pressure on us to buy.

The assistant was very helpful and showed us different types of mattresses, was not hassling us and was friendly. His main concern was that we got the type of mattress we were comfortable with.

The assistant was very friendly, very knowledgable, he did not try and force me into buying anything and explained all the products. Would highly recommend the company and the sales rep, he created a great image for the company. He suggested good products but at no point tried to force anything on me, he took into consideration my needs and found products which best suited these. He offered refreshments while I was looking and waiting.
