The assistant in your Uddington branch was most helpful. Katrina took time to understand our needs and when we returned after visiting a few other retailers close by she remembered us and immediately came forward to help. She also obtained additional advice for one of her colleagues on a specific query. Overall a great team of employees. My husband thought the coffee was great too !

All the Uddingston staff I dealt with were very professional. They were friendly in their manner and at no time pressured me into a sale. Dionne was very knowledgeable about your products and curtious about the entire sales procedure.

Great customer service and advice from our sales assistant Kathleen. She provided good explanation’s off the various beds on offer and the ones most suitable to our needs. Very friendly approach which is made the visit pleasant. Not over bearing in the lightest. Would recommend people to come here because off the excellent service.

The main reason I purchased from Dreams was because of the customer service I received from your employee Kathleen. She certainly knew her stuff about beds and helped me until I was completely satisfied with the bed I wanted.
