Came into the store with an idea of what we were looking for, were given assistance by Alex who was fantastic, not pushy as a salesman, very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease in the store. Our son was getting a new mattress and he was very good with him, making him feel special and important in the process.

Positive experience with an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff member who gave essential advice on the best type of mattress and bed frame to suit me.

Kathleen spent a great deal of time with us describing your products and giving us a go in the Tempur pod experiencing what those beds had to offer. Unfortunately, the Tempur were slighly out of our price range but based on our needs Kathleen found us the perfect mattress and bed frame. I spent a lot of time in the store trying to decide but Kathleen assured us that this was ok as we spend a great deal of time in our bed and that this purchase is an investment. I couldnt rate Kathleen highly enough, her knowledge and friendly approach made picking our (2nd) bed from dreams a pain free experience. Thanks you.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and offered a coffee. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable in their products. Made shopping for a bed effortless and at the same time weren't the pushy salesmen type that the majority of the public hate. Ended up getting the bed of our "dreams" literally the best bed in the whole world! Couldn't rate dreams any higher.
