Dreams - Uddingston

This is our second purchase from Dreams which has been a result of our first experience .A very helpful gentleman (Colin)although a relatively new member of your staff very knowledgeable.

Extremely pleasant and informative staff. No high pressure sales staff which is good. I normally walk out a store if the pressure selling starts.

The assistance I received when entering the store was welcoming, I never felt once that I was being pestered, the sales assistant showed me numerous beds to try out, and then let me try them out again, she never once tried to sway me to take a certain bed, just explained the benefits of each bed, and left it to me to make up my own mind

Your sales assistant John was exceptionally kind, patient and helpful. He put our needs first without any feelings of pressure, and genuinely seemed to care for our comfort and health. He is a credit to your company.

Jon McKnight was absolutely brilliant . His knowledge of the products was superb and he was helpful and patient without being pushy. Also Julie in store was a gem for keeping the kids entertained while we spoke to Jon . Overall the experience we received in store was one of the best we have had.

I retuned to Dreams as my previous visit was great and again the staff were helpful knowledgeable and I left with a mattress I wanted.

Staff member Kathleen at the Birkenshaw Industrial Estate branch in Uddingston was extremely attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She listened to our needs without being pushy and helped to ease us into our purchase

Alex was welcoming and did not harrass or follow us about. When we wanted to fin out any product information he was most helpful. He made some suggestions on different styles,storage and the types of mattresses. We are happy with our purchase and this is the second time we have bought a bed from Dreams

Friendly, knowledgeable staff

All staff were courteous and when assistance was required they were willing to help. The knowledge of all the products from all the staff were outstanding and all questions could be answered without the feeling of a hard sell.
