Staff were very welcoming without being a nuisance were very helpful. different types of mattresses and pillows were shown and we were allowed to try them out to help us decide what we would like to order. We actually went in to look at mattresses and ended up buying the full package. Very good selling by your salesperson, Dionne.

Dionne provided excellent service. She was informative and friendly without being in any way intrusive. She offered lots of assistance but also gave me plenty of time to browse and text the products on my own. I am happy with my choice of bed and mattress and the time frame for delivery was perfect.

Staff were friendly. Coffee was offered while we were doing the paperwork. The price was right.

Alex was very professional but at the same time warm and friendly. I had originally just gone window shopping and ended up buying not only a bed but an ottoman, pillows and a duvet. This is all down to Alex and his knowledge and advice, even my husband who is the most reluctant shopper in Scotland was very pleased with the whole experience. Having previously visited other Bed Stores we found the welcome we received from Jon McKnight (Sales Asst) as soo as we walked into the Dreams Store at Birkenshaw near Glasgow really helpful an we relaxed, another sales assistant helpfully brought us a Tea and Coffee as John explained the variations in the TV Beds we were interested in and then explained the colour coding and the different type of mattresses giving us time to try each out before making a final decision. We were sold on the idea if we did choose a mattress that later we found out to be unsuitable, we could after a period of 30 days, return it - what an excellent idea! It was expensive ... much more than some of the other stores that sell TV beds, AND it wasn`t in the Dreams sale, whereas TV beds were included in some other bed stores sales so that was disappointing but was not the fault of the Sales Staff, so that is the only point I would make if I should recommend Dreams to family or friends. We also took up the 8 years Ins Guarantee Policy (fingers crossed you mean what you say should we ever need to claim it!). Well done to Jon McKnight and staff at Dream`s Birkenshaw Store!
