Dreams - Uddingston

We were greeted by katrina when we first entered the store and we new straight away we wanted to try the sleep match first to help choose our new mattress, we approached katrina to do this and she was very friendly and nothing was an issue, she was fantastic with us and everything went perfectly, we expected to have a full afternoon trying to sort it all out and we had everything done within the hour, from choosing our perfect mattress to signing the dotted line, it was a pleasurable experienced and we can not thank katrina enough, thank you!!

On visiting the store the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff was very important. Having been let down by another bedding company after having placed an order 8 weeks previously, I was let down by them and required to find a bed urgently. The staff were great, both when I phoned the store and on visiting

Sales assistant very welcoming on entry to store and had good knowledge of products. No pressure sales either which made a pleasant change.

We were approached by Dionne soon after we entered your store in Birkenshaw and asked if we needed help. We told her we were looking for a blanket box and she showed us what was available in store. As they did not suit or measurements she showed us what was available online. We asked if she could order it for us , she said yes so after checking out other stores we returned and she placed the order. It was good to learn that delivery was free and it came ready built. All in all a successful visit

We were highly satasfied with the overall experince due to the staff member who assisted us. ( a man named Alex from the Uddingston store ) We were made comfortable and welcome and then showed a number of options and advised of the best mattress to purchase. When coming back in to order the matress we made sure we spoke with the same member if staff who was so effiecent and understood our needs. Right from first walking into the shop until we left the shop was such a pleasant day out.

Dionne was very helpful and understanding of our needs. She spent time helping us to find the best bed and mattress.

From the moment I entered the store the dreams employee ( sheryl) tended to our needs /requests and assisted us in making the correct choices for the products we were looking for.

After being welcomed into the store, my mother and I were left to browse beds for a 5-10mins. Alex could probably clearly see wee needed guidance, so came over and gently introduced himself. From then on Alex took us through a fun, insightful and worth-while experience in finding the correct bed for me. Having worked in customer service for numerous years and consider myself hard to please - I felt Alex was absolutely on point in all aspects. A credit to the store.

Cheryl was excellent from the moment I walked in; from greeting me, to understanding my situation and making sure I felt comfortable.
