They told us everything we wanted to know and they were so helpful and interested to know what we wanted. We were never pressured into anything and we felt very relaxed in our visit, they also gave us coffee which was a nice etra. Will use them again

As I have a bad back, needed help selecting correct bed/mattress. staff were very helpful and friendly. also unable to dispose of old bed or set up new one so these assists were very helpful, just wish they were cheaper but still good value. arranging delivery was easy. Michael ps only went to store as it was recommended by a friend in Kilmarnock who bought their bed from you.

Katrina was very knowledgable, and very friendly without being too pushy. She gave help when required, offered some excellent advice but stepped back whilst we were discussing with each other then when we were ready she was immediately ready to assist. Excellent customer service.

Alex was the colleague who helped us, he was excellent and really helped make the experience of choosing a matress less daunting

salesperson was well informed as well as professional and very pleasant . I was also offered a refreshment , which I declined . The store was clean and well laid out and i do realise it is restricted by space as to how many products it can have on display. however it was slightly disappointing that no samples were available in the product i wanted . Other stores sometimes have sample boards available, whilst these do not show the full product it can be enough to allow a customer to see the exact colour and finish they may be looking for , matt,gloss,grain finish. exact colours etc.

Selected the product with the assistance of Ashley who could not have been more helpful. Pleased with our purchase and experience .
