Almost entirely down to the lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff - especially Jon McKnight - our experience of buying a bed frame and mattress, etc was pleasant, smooth and friendly.

Dionne, the assistant who helped us, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. She helped us find all the beds etc that we needed.

On arrival at Dreams in Birkenshaw trading estate the shop front was clean and with great car parking space. Inside the store was well presented. The customer service assistant Dionne was smartly presented in her uniform with her name badge clear. She took her time to explain to me the difference in the mattresses. I liked that they were colour coded. She listened to what my specific requirements were and directed me to items that were most appropriate. She was friendly and curious with excellent product knowledge. I was highly impressed with the turn around time for delivery and I loved that I was able to pick a date that suited me. I was carrying my eight month old daughter and Dionne assisted me to my car with my items. She is a credit to the company and went above and beyond to make a lasting positive impression of Dreams, no doubt ensuring that I would gladly shop again here.

Dionne, who helped us, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about bases, headboards and mattresses and not at all pushy. She had plenty time for us.

We were taken care of by Dionne, who really listened to our needs. She took the time with us when we tried many mattresses, and had very knowledgable answers about the frame we were buying. Down to earth and friendly. So very happy with this. We were offered hot Drinks and trialed the tempur booth.

The second we entered the store we were made to fell very welcome, we were left to browse and look around in our own time we then approached a member of staff whose name is Alex who couldn't have been more helpful he took the time to go through the various options and to answer any questions we had, to sum up my experience of dreams and the staff is very positive and I would certainly go back.

We could see clearly what was available the assistant was available and knowledgeable. Any explanation was easily understood. It was also very nice to be offered coffee making the whole experience friendly and relaxing
