Friendly, experienced staff who knew what they were talking about when asked, not forthcoming or chasing the sale. when we approached them, the salesman was extremely helpfull

I was looking for an electric adjustable bed. The sales rep was very helpful, she didn't push or hurry us. She encouraged us to take our time, answered all of our questions. She also advised me of my VAT exemption due to my disability. I had a slightly cheaper quote form a competitor but bought from dreams due to the way we were treated. Excellent service.

Agent was friendly and took time to understand our requirements. Did upsell but in an educated and helpful manner without pressure. Very nice attitude.

Jon was excellent and helped us feel at ease, didn't force us into a decision which meant we tried more options and purchased 2 bed frames and a new mattress

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I like to walk round the store on my own first and then approach the staff to ask any questions about the item, and that is exactly what happened. Once we approached the staff they were most helpful and friendly in helping with our purchase.

I was very satisfied with the service from Alec in the Uddingston store. He was more than helpful and very knowledgeable about your products. He even offered to charge my phone for me as it had run out of battery. Both myself & mum had a very pleasant experience shopping in you store and we would like to say thank you. The customer service was excellent. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable (Ashley). We were not rushed or pressured into a sale.

We were served on Sunday by Kathleen, a lovely lady who was clearly very experienced. She was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, made us a lovely coffee and put our sale through swiftly. She was extremely knowledgeable and we were confident that she had helped us choose the best bed for us. She also helped us choose new pillows (myself and my husband prefer the opposite of each other) and a beautiful new duvet. The delivery slots were extremely good also, and we had a variety to choose from. I am highly satisfied with our Dreams shopping experience and would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends (which I have already done!). Thank you Kathleen and the Dreams team at Uddingston, we can't wait for our Dream bed!
