Dionne was excellent with us as we were very picky and tried almost every bed combination in the store. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

We had viewed items online and were able to view them in store to ensure they were what we were looking for. Staff were friendly but didn't harass us while we were looking at the products. Ashley was really helpful and explained everything really clearly especially regarding the delivery (up to 6 week wait), she was particularly good with our kids.
