We visited the store 3 times before we made our purchase, each time the staff were very helpful & friendly, most importantly they did not pressure us which is a major thing for us.

Alex in the store was extremely helpful. He was able to assist us with our purchase and advised on additional items. He apologised for the length of our wait as he was dealing with another customer as he was the only sales person working at the time of our visit. He explained about the 40 night trial period in case we didn't find the bed comfortable. I would highly recommend the store. The staff on a previous visit with my son were very friendly and most helpful.
