Assistant had complete knowledge of all the mattresses. Listened to my requirements ie back pain etc, advised me of mattresses best suited for me. Explained different types very clearly as it is very difficult to choose yet very important to get what is right for a proper restful sleep.

The staff member explained colour system which saved us time, and provided leaflet to further explain, she then left us along to try out all mattresses, giving us enough time to discuss before approaching us again.

Alec’s service was splendid, he certainly knew his stuff! We even got chatting about his pet rrats

Soon as i walked in felt like i knew the staff for years.. Great staff great banter. Coffee was offered. I had a tight budget and katrina helped me work around that.went for a double but walked out with a king!in Only my opinion i would like to recommend that dream should have better delivery times.Apart from that 5☆ experience.keep it up

The only place that helps not just a sales pitch.

Kathleen was extremely helpful from the second we walked us through the door. Everything she did she explained to us WHY she was doing it. She made us feel comfortable and most of all she did pressure us, which was so key for us. She was personable and friendly, explaining the type of mattress she had purchased and why. Asked questions and her knowledge of the mattress was exceptional.

I was served by Dionne and her whole approach in dealing with me was friendly and knowledgeable. Took time to understand what I was looking for, showed several options which would meet my needs and also encouraged me to try some alternative options to make sure I was satisfied with my choice of product.

Totally satisfied with how I was met on entry to the store and my purchase and visit throughout.

I was satisfied with the friendliness and help from staff member Jon who approach my partner, 16month old daughter and myself as we entered the store and offered us a drink. He was not pushy for a sale and gave me time to look about and discuss with my partner before approaching him to place my order I received advice on mattresses for my 2 girls of different ages and suitable mattresses for the bunk bed I was also ordering.
