I already knew what I was going in to the store to purchase. It was fast, efficient and a friendly experience.

From a nightmare to a dream! Having experienced a devastating flood in my bedroom and ceiling collapse, I had to replace my mattress. I cannot praise or thank your team, Alex and Julie at the Uddingston store enough for all of their help. They helped me pick a perfect mattress and gave me some plastic wrapping for the old bed to contain the water and awful smell till it could be uplifted. They also managed to make the whole process more fun than I expected it to be and really easy! They also went above and beyond to get me the earliest possible delivery date they could so I could get everything back to normal. I actually now want to replace the other beds in the house because it was so difficult to pick just one! You should be really proud of your team, they were amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as the go to place for a dream bed and service!

Alex really helped us understand the different kinds of mattress, he listened to what we wanted and gave us the option of a few to pick from. He asked us to try a couple of time so as we definitely got the right mattress. We had 2 young kids with us and as the store was quiet at the time the other staff helped entertain them with colouring pictures while we spoke to him. Excellent service all round

Alex the shop assistant who welcomed us in the store was very kind and able to explain in details product features and differences among different models. There was a good variety of mattresses and they were all of good quality. I found in the shop both the bed frame that I was looking for and the matt, and I got a free delivery scheduled to come in only a week after the purchase. I was also provided with a good discount on pillows and duvet which made me leave the shop even more satisfied.

Quick in and out with the product I was looking for, dealt with fast and efficient.

The staff in this store are a credit to Dreams. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant. They kept my grandson amused while I placed my order. I was served by Dionne who was exceptional, informative and gave me a good deal. What a pleasant shopping experience.

Your employee Mr Jon McKnight, was a very pleasant and helpful person, he went out of his way to make sure that my wife and myself, were happy with the products we had picked, were exactly what we wanted, he could not have been any more helpful, pleasure to deal with.
