Met as we walked in gave explanation of what I was looking for and was advised from then to finish of purchase excellent service

I had ordered a bed and mattress for my son (with Sheryl) and she was lovely, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She explained the delay to the bed I purchased. This was the opposite experience that I received from your other competitor in the same retail unit (and so asked for my money back)!!

Served by Kathleen who we have dealt with on previous visits to the store. She understood what we required and provided options for us to look at

Lesley was very welcoming and helpful as we selected our purchases. She offered water which I appreciated as I was thirsty. She was very clear in explaining the process of buying

Sheryl spent time and explained how the sofa bed. Sheryl showed the sofa beds in store we explained to her what we wanted and showed the one we bought

Kathleen was very helpful and friendly. She provided us with everything we needed to make our purchase

Assistant was friendly,helpful, offered us coffee/tea,water, etc. Store was laid out well, warm & inviting. Selected our item, was ordered, delivery specified and transaction completed quickly.

We were likely to be placing an order when your staff member asked if we took out a guarantee with our last mattress as it was not yet 5 years old. We said we think so but could not remember. She checked fir us and we still had a month to go. So we put in a claim and won it. So she saved us £1500.

Highly satisfied due to the assistance and guidance given by salesman. Very professional but also very helpful with explaining everything and great patience advising all the way to take our time. Finally got it down to a choice of two then made final choice.
