Dreams - Uddingston

I went into the Uddingston shop and spoke to a lovely lady called Sheryl. I needed a bed urgently for mum so she could get out of hospital. Sheryl took my mums details and recommended the right mattress. I ordered the bed and mattress and it will be delivered in 1 week. It was great to deal with someone that was really interested in helping me as I was just in another shop before and had to walk out. I have used dreams for my own beds and will be back again soon. Keep up the great work, the staff are a credit to the company

I had ordered a bed and mattress for my son (with Sheryl) and she was lovely, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She explained the delay to the bed I purchased. This was the opposite experience that I received from your other competitor in the same retail unit (and so asked for my money back)!!

Assistant was friendly,helpful, offered us coffee/tea,water, etc. Store was laid out well, warm & inviting. Selected our item, was ordered, delivery specified and transaction completed quickly.

We were likely to be placing an order when your staff member asked if we took out a guarantee with our last mattress as it was not yet 5 years old. We said we think so but could not remember. She checked fir us and we still had a month to go. So we put in a claim and won it. So she saved us £1500.

Highly satisfied due to the assistance and guidance given by salesman. Very professional but also very helpful with explaining everything and great patience advising all the way to take our time. Finally got it down to a choice of two then made final choice.
