The staff were all very helpful. We called in to the store a few times before deciding what to buy. The day we came back to buy the bed and furniture we brought carpet samples to check the furniture would match it. We were given a cup of coffee then we went to try out mattresses. All the different types were explained to us, then we were left to take our time and try them out. We then went to the desk and finished off the order. All in all a good experience.
