Staff friendly & helpful without being too pushy and overbearing

We were at the store with my wife and kids last Wednesday and colleague names Alex was extremely helpful and understanding during our long visit. Very professional friendly and patient person. We couldn't ask for better service.

I had previously visited a showroom of a rival company where I didn't get the same insight or information about the item I was looking to purchase.I was very impressed with his manner and knowledge and did not put me under any pressure to buy.

Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He gave me space when I needed it without having to ask and was always able to answer any questions I had. He wasn't pushy and didn't made me feel under pressure to purchase anything

Staff were lovely.

The staff at the branch are fantastic, they know the products which they sell and are so happy to show all options available. Katrina our sales person was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Customer service at it's best.

Kathleen was extremely helpful and really friendly and wasn't pushy like alot of other places can be. she let us take our time to choose our new bed and showed us many different options.

I found it was straight forward and sales advisor was friendly knowledgeable and seemed competent in carrying out her duties. I felt I was able to communicate my needs and was listened to in a professional manner
