Dreams - Uddingston

We were taken care of by Jon mcknight in store, he met us with a smile and a great attitude. He couldn't have been more helpful even offered us a hot drink of our choice. We also had a very sleepy 3 year old with us who had just woken up from the car, Jon suggested putting him on one of the kids bed to continue his sleep while we got the mattress sorted out.

We were allowed to take our time testing the product without getting any hassle. We also had good assistance with various aspects of the product we were looking at,and the staff were very helpful and pleasant, offering us refreshments whilst we processed the order.

We were not pressured by Alex who was extremely helpful. Understood our needs and gave us various options to choose from. Upon choosing he realised we had our son to pick up from school and said he would not get the sale through in time . So we agreed to come back and continue where we left off. Alex showed us other products that would be ideal with our purchase which we happily accepted . Alex and his colleagues provided us with coffee while sale was going through and were great with my son. They are a credit to your company

We were able to browse freely around the store without feeling any pressure to buy,and when wanting to know anything about the products the saleswoman was very helpful and knowledgable about the products.Would highly recommend and would 100% use DREAMS again 10 out of 10.

The sales person Kathleen was extremely helpful and very pleasant she was efficient and informative and a pleasure to do business with

The customer service that was received from the colleague who served us was so above and beyond, made sure that we were okay and asked if she could get us anything at all, really knew what she was talking about and was able to have a good long chat with us as we placed the order.

Sales assistant was very good - I had been in two weeks previously when my daughter had been buying a bed and the girl (Dionne) remembered me from the previous visit and the mattress I had liked. The service was so good when I had visited with my daughter that I returned with my husband to choose a new bed for us. My husband was very impressed with the service. I was even given a sample of the wood to take away so I could check it matched my existing floor.

Kathleen was excellent, quick and efficient purchase

It was great because I did get the correct bed but the staff took about 20 mins to approach me and my daughter the shop was empty so I do advise that customers get approached when they walk into the store
