My wife and I were not sure what we wanted spoke to 3 members of the store staff all 3 could not have been more helpful they took time e to explain the products and help us make a choice without forcing any one product they helped us chose what we could afford and what was best for us

Lesley at the Uddingston store was extremely helpful, demonstrating knowledge and providing information to help us decide on a mattress. We felt her approach was just right and we did not feel under pressure at any time. Interestingly I had visited the same store a few months ago with my daughter and Lesley served us then and was exactly the same (that’s how I remembered her). We also bought a second mattress and bedroom furniture!

From the moment we entered we were made welcome by Lesley who was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. She took time to explain everything and patient enough to answer our questions.

We had great service from start to finish from sheryl and the uddingston store. She explained everything that we needed to know. She was very friendly and helpful and made myself and wife a coffee and our son a hot chocolate with marshmallows, which he was so happy with. All round good experience.

Taking the old mattress away was the major issue for me placing my order good selling point done it for me.

The service was excellent. Dionne who served us was very knowledgeable and the information given was fabulous. She was very understanding to our needs. The tv bed that we purchased is excellent value for money. I am well excited to have it delivered. We also purchased 8 year cover for both the bed and mattress which is great value for money. Dionne also informed us of the recycle service for our old bed and mattress which we also took. All round fantastic service and beautiful bed.
