The sales assistant, Deonne, was very knowledgable and was patient with me as I made up my mind about what to purchase. She was quietly confident and did not patronise me with false camaraderie in order to make a sale; I liked her style. She was very professional and her calm guidance enabled me to make informed decisions. For example, she pointed out the drawers within the wardrobe which I had seen but had not really noticed. The manner in which she did this, showed her to be a very competent salesperson; she guided, she did not cajole. I added the drawers to my order! I was extremely happy with her service.

The staff where all friendly and informative. We visited the Dunfermline store first to choose the mattress and we were assisted by Keith. We have my disabled gran with us and she struggled to test out suitable mattresses. Keith was very patient, made her a cup of coffee and helped us choose the right mattress for her. We then purchased the mattress from your Uddingston store and Kathleen and Ashley were great especially as the kids where with us and weren’t as patient we would have liked.

Staff were friendly but not pushy. Store was well set out. Allowed to browse and then when ready sales staff were on hand. Katrina was well versed on the products . Overall experience was good. It also seemed staff got on well with each other and led to a good feeling in the store.
